The REAL Clinic is founded by a group of leading London consultants. The Real Clinic was born from a vision to create a world-class, independent hospital in the heart of Battersea, London. Planned and built during the challenges of 2020, our fantastic facility opened its doors in 2022.
Led by plastic surgeon Mr Naveen Cavale and a multidisciplinary team of specialists in ophthalmology and anaesthesia, we created a state-of-the-art surgical centre. Today, we combine the safety and clinical excellence of a hospital with the bespoke, patient-centred feel of a private boutique, serving as a hub for both transformative surgery and advanced non-surgical aesthetics.
Dr Sancy Low, who grew up in Singapore, is a highly skilled ophthalmologist admired by patients for her expertise, care, and personal touch. Beyond her academic and clinical excellence, she is a mother, business owner, and dedicated trainer, nurturing the next generation of eye specialists and medical students.
Dr Sancy has led highly innovative projects, including the discovery of the genetic cause of angle-closure glaucoma and being one of the first users of VR testing in ophthalmology. Outside the clinic, Dr Low practices mindfulness, enjoys swimming, plays golf, and finds painting with watercolours deeply therapeutic.
