About

Daniel has over ten years’ experience in the field of ophthalmology and has spent time training in Bulgaria, Germany and the UK. He has a high level of expertise in carrying out cataract surgery under local or topical (only drops) anaesthesia. Daniel specialises in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma- trabeculectomy, non-penetrating glaucoma surgery (viscocanalostomy), and XEN implants. He has knowledge of performing combined glaucoma and cataract surgery in Chester.

By Car

  1. Enter CH4 9QS into your sat nav or preferred navigation app
  2. Follow signs for Chester Business Park, located just south of Chester city centre
  3. From the A483, take the exit for Chester Business Park and follow signs to Heronsway
  4. The Foundation building is clearly signposted and located just off Heronsway
  5. Enter via the main entrance to The Foundation
  6. Free patient parking is available directly in front of the building and is clearly signposted
  7. Freedom Vision is located on the first floor of the building

 

By Train

  1. Travel to Chester Railway Station
  2. Exit the station via the main entrance onto City Road
  3. The clinic is approximately 3.1 miles from the station
  4. A taxi journey typically takes 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic
  5. Alternatively, local bus services run from the station to Chester Business Park. For train times and connections, please use the National Rail Journey Planner.

 

By Bus

  1. Several local bus services serve Chester Business Park
  2. Take the Arriva Number 1 service and alight at the Lakeside bus stop
  3. The bus stop is located directly opposite Freedom Vision Chester
  4. Cross the road and walk to The Foundation building
  5. Enter via the main entrance and take the lift or stairs to the first floor
